About our Online Shop.

Our Payment Service Provider (PSP) is HSBC Secure ePayments, so you can rest assured that your payment details will be taken in a secure environment. Once you have filled your shopping basket and want to pay for your items, click the 'Checkout' button to be taken automatically to HSBC Secure ePayments to make your payment. Please remember that you can add and remove items from your basket and change the quantities at any time before you proceed to the Checkout. After payment has been completed you will be taken back to the True Affinity website and you will receive a payment confirmation email.

Buy direct.

UK customers can also buy direct from distributor True Affinity Limited by calling
01672 541 690. Place your order Monday - Friday 0930 - 1600.

Delivery.

Free UK delivery by First Class Mail, Recorded Signed For service, on orders over £40.00. Orders of £40.00 and under are charged at our Standard rate of £3.50. Items will always be delivered together. Please order 'Back order' items separately to avoid delay.

Stock control.

In stock - available for immediate despatch. Please order any 'Back order' items separately to 'In stock' items to avoid a delivery delay (see below).

Delivery delay - if any item is on 'Back order' you will be notified by email. Despatch will be delayed until all items are 'In stock'. No funds will be taken from your credit or debit card until your order is despatched.

Payment details.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, and Solo credit and debit cards. You can also pay by cheque made payable to "True Affinity Limited". Cheques must be received at our office address and clear before goods are despatched.
