We want you to be completely happy with your purchase of Martina Gebhardt Natural Skin Care. However, we understand that occasionally you may want to return an item, or items. To help you return unwanted items quickly and efficiently we have developed this Returns Policy.
Our Returns Policy has been developed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. By law, you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of the date you received your order.
Items must be returned unopened and in original condition within seven working days of the date you received your order. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return postage unless items have been delivered in error, damaged, or defective.
